THE LOFTS AT AMESBURY
The Lofts at Amesbury are comprised of forty- eight artisan residences in three beautifully renovated historic mill buildings. Sanborn Electric provided complete electrical services including power distribution, general wiring, fire detection system, voice/data and standby generator system.
THE LOFTS AT CLARK POND
Similar to The Lofts at Amesbury, The Lofts at Clark Pond boast of forty-two lofts in two completely renovated historic mill buildings. Sanborn Electric provided the complete wiring services including design of systems and equipment specifications.
PROVIDENT BANK - SEABROOK AND AMESBURY
Working on many of The Provident Bank's branches we have provided full renovations as well as original new-construction electrical. The full renovation was conducted without interfering with customer business.
THE SOLARI BUILDING OF AMESBURY, MASSACHUSETTS
The Solari Building is located in the downtown center of Amesbury, Massachusetts. Electrical services were provided for the restoration and reconstruction of the building. The structure was designed to be a mixed use facility, containing an upscale restaurant on the first floor and six residential condo units on the second and third floors.
CAPITOL PIZZA HUT ® OF SEABROOK, NEW HAMPSHIRE
Electrical services were provided to the Seabrook location as well as numerous new construction Capitol Pizza Huts throughout New Hampshire.
CAMPGROUND
Sanborn Electric provides complete electrical services for several area campgrounds from 24 hour service calls to design and installation of underground and overhead utilities. Other services include underground cable locating and fault locating, fire alarm systems and general electrical maintenance.
AMESBURY VILLAGE
Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Amesbury Village is a 130 bed, privately owned residence heath care facility. We have provided complete electrical services for the residence.
HARBORSIDE HEALTHCARE
HarborSide Healthcare is a 120 bed nursing home. Complete electrical services were provided including installing an 800AMP Service to meet their air conditioning needs and an automatic emergency generator system large enough to maintain their entire facility.
RIVERWALK BEAD SHOP
The Riverwalk Bead Shop is adjacent to J.Buck's Coffee and Wine Bar. Complete electrical services were provided for the retail store.
J. BUCKS COFFEE & WINE
Complete electrical services were provided to the coffee and wine bar. The look of the interior was to be open with the exposed industrial framework.  Among the services provided we created custom framework for the drop lighting because we worked around the existing piping/venting.
AMESBURY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Complete electrical services were provided to the Elementary School Art and technology lab
HARBOR SCHOOLS
Harbor Schools and Family services is a Mass. Department of Education, 766 approved residential educational program. Since 1971, we have provided electric services to over 14 of their facilities.
SPARHAWK SCHOOL
The Sparhawk School is a private school for K-12 located in Amesbury, Massachusetts. It is a unique layout for a school as it includes a victorian house and two antique homes that had been slated for demolition but then moved to the campus. Sanborn Electric provided complete electric services including the wiring of the relocated antique buildings.
